Our Vision

We don't believe in standards

We believe that everyone should feel entitled to play sport and achieve the benefits that an active lifestyle can provide.

We are constantly seeing call-to-action advertising campaigns which direct us towards healthier lifestyles, but nothing is ever put in place to help us achieve these goals.

With social media consistently spewing suggestions of physical and mental change, it's inevitable that we feel caught up, anxious and straight up confused as to what we should do with ourselves.

We started Halftime London because we wanted to make a change in how females view sport. As footballers, we have faced adversity since we both started playing at the age of 8.

This company exists with the sole purpose of demolishing fear of inadequacy. We provide inclusive school talks, team focused football coaching sessions and an online and offline sense of community to anyone needing advice, inspiration or support.

This project is what we were born to do and challenges us everyday.

Now, let us challenge you.
